Zoho Books
Sync bills, invoices, and payments between Fiddle and Zoho Books.
The Zoho Books connector keeps your purchases, sales, and payments aligned with your Zoho Books organization, so the ledger reflects what happens in Fiddle.
Connect Zoho Books
- Go to Settings → Integrations and choose Zoho Books.
- Click Connect and sign in to authorize Fiddle for your organization.
- Select the Zoho Books organization to sync, then map accounts and tax rates.
- Set a sync start date so older transactions aren’t duplicated.
What syncs
| Fiddle record | Zoho Books record |
|---|---|
| Purchase order / bill | Bill |
| Sales order / invoice | Invoice |
| Customer payment | Payment recorded against the invoice |
Records sync after they’re issued, not while they’re drafts.
Map every Fiddle account and tax rate to its Zoho Books equivalent before enabling sync. Unmapped values will hold transactions until resolved.
Keep them in sync
Fiddle pushes new and updated transactions automatically. Failed records show on the integration status panel with the reason — usually a missing account, tax, or contact. Correct the mapping and retry.
Edit synced records in Fiddle, not directly in Zoho Books, to keep the two consistent.
For how connections work in general, see the integrations overview.
