Gmail and Outlook email
Send POs, invoices, and order documents from your own Gmail or Outlook address.

Connecting Gmail or Outlook lets Fiddle send documents — like purchase orders and sales order confirmations — from your own business address instead of a generic sender.
Connect your email
- Open the Integrations app and click Connect on Gmail or Outlook.
- Sign in to your email account and authorize Fiddle to send on your behalf.
- Confirm the from address and an optional reply-to.
- Send a test message to verify delivery.
What it does
- Outgoing documents are sent from your connected address.
- Replies from suppliers and customers go to your inbox, not to Fiddle.
- You keep a record in Fiddle of which documents were emailed.
This connection is for sending documents. It does not import incoming email into Fiddle or read your inbox.
Set up email before issuing purchase orders so you can email a PO to your supplier directly from the document.
Keep it healthy
- If sends start failing, reconnect — authorization tokens can expire.
- Check your email provider’s sending limits if you send in large batches.
Next: see the Integrations overview for the full list of what you can connect.
