WineShipping
Hand off fulfillment to WineShipping and sync stock and tracking with Fiddle.
WineShipping is a specialized 3PL for temperature-sensitive and compliance-bound shipments. The connector hands orders to WineShipping for fulfillment and brings stock and tracking back into Fiddle.
Connect WineShipping
- Go to Settings → Integrations and choose WineShipping.
- Authorize Fiddle with your WineShipping account credentials.
- Map your Fiddle items to WineShipping product codes and choose which orders to send.
How fulfillment flows
| Step | Where it happens |
|---|---|
| Order is created | Fiddle |
| Order is routed for fulfillment | WineShipping |
| Items are picked, packed, shipped | WineShipping |
| Tracking and stock updates flow back | Fiddle |
When WineShipping ships an order, Fiddle records the carrier and tracking and reduces stock at the fulfilling location.
Item codes must match between Fiddle and WineShipping, and shipping addresses must be complete. Mismatches or missing details cause orders to fail.
Keep them in sync
Orders push automatically, and stock and tracking flow back as WineShipping processes them. Failed orders are flagged on the integration status panel with the reason so you can correct and retry.
For how connections work in general, see the integrations overview.
