ShipHero
Hand off fulfillment to ShipHero and sync stock and tracking with Fiddle.
ShipHero is a third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse system. The connector hands orders to ShipHero for picking, packing, and shipping, then brings stock and tracking back.
Connect ShipHero
- Go to Settings → Integrations and choose ShipHero.
- Authorize Fiddle with your ShipHero credentials.
- Map your Fiddle items to ShipHero SKUs and choose which orders to send.
How fulfillment flows

When ShipHero ships an order, Fiddle records the carrier and tracking and reduces stock at the fulfilling location.
Item SKUs must match between Fiddle and ShipHero. Mismatched SKUs cause orders to fail or stock counts to drift.
Keep them in sync
Orders push automatically, and stock and tracking sync back as ShipHero processes them. Failed orders are flagged on the integration status panel with the reason so you can fix the mapping or address and retry.
