ShipCaddie is a multi-carrier shipping platform. Connecting it to Fiddle lets you send orders out for label creation and bring shipment and tracking details back.
Connect ShipCaddie
- Open the Integrations app and click Connect on ShipCaddie.
- Authorize Fiddle with your ShipCaddie API credentials.
- Map your shipping accounts and default service if prompted.
- Save and run the first sync.
What syncs
| Direction | Data |
|---|---|
| Out to ShipCaddie | Orders ready to ship, with addresses and contents |
| Into Fiddle | Tracking numbers and shipment status after labels print |
| Out to ShipCaddie | Stock levels where supported, to keep records aligned |
Tracking that returns from ShipCaddie marks the matching order as shipped in Fiddle, so your fulfillment status stays accurate without manual updates.
Keep it healthy
- Confirm addresses and weights are complete so labels generate correctly.
- Check that returned tracking matches the right order before scaling up.
Next: see the Integrations overview for how fulfillment and inventory data move between Fiddle and your tools.
