Connect your first integration
Connect a sales channel, accounting tool, or carrier and verify the first sync.

Connecting an integration takes a couple of minutes. The flow is similar for every platform: authorize, map a few settings, and verify the first sync.
Connect the integration
- Open the Integrations app.
- Find the integration you want and click Connect.
- You’ll be sent to the other platform to authorize Fiddle. Sign in and approve.
- You’re returned to Fiddle once the connection succeeds.
Authorize with an account that has admin rights on the other platform. A limited-access account may connect but fail to read orders or write inventory.
Configure sync settings
After connecting, set the basics:
- Which location channel orders should draw stock from.
- How to match products — usually by SKU. Make sure SKUs match on both sides.
- Whether to push inventory levels back to the channel.
Verify the first sync
- Trigger or wait for the first sync.
- Confirm a recent order appears in Sales Orders, or that stock levels updated.
- Spot-check one product to confirm it matched to the right Fiddle item.
Mismatched SKUs are the #1 cause of products not linking. Fix them before a large sync so you don’t create duplicate items.
