Integrations overview
How connecting works, what syncs, and how to keep integrations healthy.

Integrations connect Fiddle to the other tools you run your business on, so data flows automatically instead of being re-keyed.
What you can connect
- Sales channels — Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Faire, Amazon, Walmart. Orders flow in; inventory levels flow out.
- Accounting — QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Zoho Books. Bills, invoices, and payments stay in sync.
- Shipping & 3PL — ShipStation, ShipHero, UPS, and more for labels and tracking.
- Order management & EDI — OrderDesk, OrderSpace, CartRover, SPS Commerce.
How syncing works
Most integrations sync in both directions:
| Direction | Example |
|---|---|
| Into Fiddle | A Shopify order creates a sales order |
| Out of Fiddle | Updated stock pushes back to the channel |
Fiddle is the source of truth for inventory. When connected, your available stock is pushed to each sales channel so you don’t oversell across stores.
Keeping integrations healthy
- Reconnect if you change a password or revoke access on the other platform — most sync failures are an expired token.
- Check the integration’s status page for the last successful sync time.
- See Connect your first integration for step-by-step setup.
Not syncing? Start with Troubleshooting: integration not syncing — the fix is usually a quick reconnect.
