Shopify
Connect Shopify so orders flow into Fiddle and stock pushes back to your store.
Updated June 21, 20261 min read
The Shopify integration brings your store’s orders into Fiddle as sales orders and pushes available inventory back to Shopify so you don’t oversell.
Prerequisites
- A Shopify store and an account with admin rights to install apps.
- Products in Fiddle whose SKUs match the SKUs on your Shopify products.
Connect Shopify
- Open the Integrations app and click Connect on Shopify.
- Authorize Fiddle on your Shopify store.
- Choose the stock location Shopify orders should draw from.
- Confirm products match by SKU.
What syncs
| Data | Direction |
|---|---|
| Orders | Into Fiddle as sales orders |
| Available inventory | Out to Shopify |
Fiddle is the source of truth for inventory. Your available stock is pushed to Shopify to keep listings from overselling.
Tip
If products aren’t linking, the cause is almost always a SKU mismatch. Align SKUs on both sides before running a large sync to avoid creating duplicate items.
Next steps
