Route orders from OrderDesk into Fiddle and push fulfillment and stock back.

OrderDesk aggregates orders from many sales channels into one place. Connecting it to Fiddle lets those orders flow in as sales orders and sends fulfillment and stock updates back out.

Connect OrderDesk

  1. Open the Integrations app and click Connect on OrderDesk.
  2. Authorize Fiddle with your OrderDesk store ID and API key.
  3. Choose the location new orders should draw stock from.
  4. Save and run the first sync.

What syncs

Direction Data
Into Fiddle New orders become sales orders, with customer and line items
Out to OrderDesk Shipment and tracking details when you fulfill
Out to OrderDesk On-hand quantities, so channels stay in stock

Orders import as standard sales orders, so you pick, pack, and ship them through the normal fulfillment flow. Tracking numbers post back automatically.

Keep it healthy

  • Map OrderDesk products to Fiddle items by SKU so lines match cleanly.
  • Confirm the first few orders land correctly before relying on the sync.
