Why don’t my stock numbers match what I expect?
Available stock is on hand minus reserved, so confirmed sales and work orders can make available lower than what’s physically present. See Understanding stock levels for the full breakdown.
My integration stopped syncing — what do I check first?
Almost always an expired login on the other platform. Reconnect the integration to refresh access, then trigger a sync. See Integrations overview.
Can I undo a receipt or shipment?
Yes. Open the original receipt or shipment from the order’s history and correct it there, rather than making a manual stock adjustment — that keeps the order and stock in sync.
How do I add another user?
Go to Settings → Users → Invite user and assign a role. Full steps in Invite users and manage roles.
Does Fiddle prevent overselling?
Yes. Confirmed orders reserve stock, and connected sales channels receive your available levels so the same unit isn’t sold twice across stores.
