Performance and loading issues
Speed up slow pages, fix blank screens, and resolve loading errors.

Slow pages, spinners that never finish, or a blank screen are usually caused by a stale browser cache, an outdated browser, or a network problem — not your data.
Quick fixes to try first
- Hard refresh the page (reload while bypassing the cache).
- Sign out and back in to get a fresh session.
- Try an incognito/private window, which ignores cached files and extensions.
- Test in a different browser to see whether the issue follows you.
A persistent blank screen after an update is almost always a cached old version. A hard refresh or clearing site data fixes it immediately.
Narrow down the cause
| Symptom | Likely cause |
|---|---|
| Only one page is slow | A very large list — apply filters or a date range |
| Everything is slow | Network, VPN, or a browser extension |
| Blank or broken layout | Stale cache or an ad/script blocker |
| Spinner never finishes | Connection dropped mid-request |
Reduce load on big lists
Large item, order, or report screens render faster when you narrow them:
- Apply filters (status, location, date range) instead of loading everything.
- Use search to jump straight to a record.
- Avoid leaving many heavy tabs open at once.
Check your environment
- Update your browser to a current version.
- Disable extensions (especially ad blockers and privacy tools) and retest.
- Confirm your connection is stable; a VPN or proxy can slow requests.
