Emails and notifications not arriving
Fix missing PO emails, order confirmations, and in-app notifications.

If a purchase order email, order confirmation, or alert never shows up, the cause is usually the recipient address, a spam filter, or a notification preference that’s turned off.
Check the basics
- Confirm the recipient email address on the record is correct and complete.
- Ask the recipient to check spam and junk folders.
- Have them add your sending address to their safe senders list.
- Resend the document — most emails (like POs and invoices) can be re-sent from the record.
Outbound emails can take a few minutes to arrive. Wait briefly before resending so the recipient doesn’t get duplicates.
In-app and digest notifications
If alerts aren’t reaching you:

|---|---|
| No emails of any kind | Address unverified or notifications disabled |
| Some types missing | That category is off in your preferences |
| In-app only, no email | Email channel disabled for that event |
Open Settings → Notifications (or your profile preferences) and confirm the relevant notification types and channels are enabled.
When nothing arrives at all
- Send a test to a different mailbox (for example, a personal address) to rule out one provider blocking mail.
- Check whether your email domain has strict filtering that quarantines automated senders.
- If multiple users on the same domain are affected, ask your IT team to allowlist Fiddle’s sending domain.
