The shipping wallet

Fund the wallet that pays for shipping labels and keep a buffer to avoid failures.

The shipping wallet is the prepaid balance Fiddle draws from each time you buy a label. A funded wallet keeps label purchases from failing mid-pack.

Add funds

  1. Go to Settings → Shipping → Wallet.
  2. Click Add funds and enter an amount.
  3. Pay with your saved payment method.
  4. The balance updates immediately and is ready for label purchases.

How charges work

  • Each label purchase deducts the carrier rate from the balance.
  • Voiding an eligible label refunds its cost back to the wallet.
  • The current balance shows in the wallet and at the moment you buy a label.

If a label purchase fails, check the wallet balance first — an empty or low wallet is the most common cause.

Auto-reload

Turn on auto-reload to top up automatically when the balance drops below a threshold you set. This is the simplest way to avoid interruptions during busy shipping runs and batch fulfillment.

Setting What it controls
Threshold Balance that triggers a reload
Reload amount How much is added each time

Set the threshold above your largest single label cost so a big shipment can never drain the wallet below zero.

Next steps

With the wallet funded, you can buy and print shipping labels.
