Pick lists

A pick list tells your team exactly what to pull, how much, and from where. Fiddle generates it from a fulfillment order.

Generate the pick list

1. Open the fulfillment order and click Pick.
2. Fiddle lists every item with its quantity and storage location.
3. Lines are grouped by location so pickers walk an efficient route.

Confirm picked quantities

1. Pull each item and enter the quantity actually picked.
2. If you pick from a specific lot or serial, select it so traceability stays intact.
3. Mark the pick complete to move the order to packing.

Print the pick list or open it on a mobile device on the warehouse floor. Confirming as you go keeps Fiddle’s counts accurate in real time.

Short picks

If you can’t fully pick a line, enter the amount you found. Fiddle flags the shortfall so you can fulfill the rest later or adjust the order.

Picking from the wrong location is the most common reason later counts look off. Always confirm the location shown on the line before pulling stock.
