Packing groups picked items into the physical packages you’ll ship. Accurate package details drive correct shipping rates and labels.

Pack an order

  1. From a picked fulfillment order, click Pack.
  2. Create one or more packages and assign picked items to each.
  3. Select a package type to pull in its weight and dimensions, or enter them manually.
  4. Confirm the contents to mark the order packed and ready to ship.

Use a packing station

A packing station is a focused screen for staff who only pack. It lets a packer scan or look up an order, pack it, and move to the next one without navigating the full app.

  1. Open the packing station and scan or enter the order number.
  2. The picked items load automatically.
  3. Pack into packages, confirm, and the station clears for the next order.

Set up a packing station at each physical bench. It keeps packers in one tight loop and reduces mis-ships.

Weight and dimensions matter — carriers rate by them. A package with no size set may fail label purchase or return an inaccurate rate.
