Sales reports

Track revenue, units sold, and top customers and products over any period.

Sales reports summarize what you sold, to whom, and for how much across a date range you choose.

Run a sales report

  1. Go to Reports → Sales.
  2. Set the date range — the report includes orders within it.
  3. Choose how to group the results: by customer, product, or time period.
  4. Optionally filter by status, channel, or location.
  5. Click Run.

What you can measure

Metric Meaning
Revenue Total order value before or after tax
Units sold Quantity shipped or invoiced in the period
Average order value Revenue divided by number of orders
Margin Revenue minus cost of goods sold

Group by product to find your best sellers, by customer to see who buys the most, or by month to spot trends.

Reports count orders by their date and status. A draft or canceled order is excluded, so figures reflect real, committed sales.

Comparing two periods? Run the report for each range and export both to a spreadsheet for side-by-side analysis.
