See key inventory, sales, and production metrics at a glance on your dashboard.

The dashboard gives you a live, at-a-glance view of the metrics that matter most, so you can spot issues without running a full report.

What the dashboard shows

Dashboard widgets surface the same data as reports, summarized into single numbers and charts:

Widget Shows
Low stock Items at or below their reorder point
Open orders Sales and purchase orders awaiting action
Revenue Sales totals for the current period
Inventory value Current stock-on-hand value

Customize your view

  1. Go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click Edit to add, remove, or rearrange widgets.
  3. Set each widget’s date range or location filter.
  4. Save your layout.

Click any metric to drill into the underlying report for the full detail behind the number.

Dashboard figures refresh automatically and respect your filters, so different team members can keep their own focused views.

Next steps

Once you know which metrics you watch most, build a custom report for deeper analysis of any dashboard widget.
