Any report you can view in Fiddle, you can export. Use this to share figures with people outside Fiddle or to analyze the data in a spreadsheet.

Export a report

  1. Open the report and apply the filters and date range you want.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Choose a format — CSV or Excel (XLSX).
  4. The file downloads with exactly the columns and rows shown on screen.

The export matches what’s currently displayed. Set your filters and columns before exporting — hidden columns and filtered-out rows are not included.

Choosing a format

Format Best for
CSV Importing into other systems or quick spreadsheet work
Excel (XLSX) Formatted spreadsheets with column headers preserved

Need a fixed copy to attach or archive? Use your browser’s print dialog and choose Save as PDF for a page-formatted version of the on-screen report.

Exporting the same report regularly? Save it as a saved view first so the columns and filters are already set each time you export.

Next steps

To control which columns and rows land in your export, build a custom report.
