What is Filo?

Filo is Fiddle’s built-in AI assistant. It understands your data and can answer questions, find records, and help you complete tasks in plain language.

Opening Filo

Open the Filo panel from the button in the app. You can keep it open beside your work and ask questions as you go.

What Filo can do

  • Answer questions about your data — “Which items are below their reorder point?”
  • Find records fast — “Show me open purchase orders for Acme Supply.”
  • Explain how to do things — “How do I create a work order?”
  • Summarize — “Summarize this customer’s order history.”

Be specific. “Show overdue sales orders shipping this week” gets a far better answer than “show orders.”

Good prompts to start with

  1. “What needs reordering right now?”
  2. “Create a purchase order for my low-stock items from their default suppliers.”
  3. “What’s the status of sales order #1042?”

Privacy

Filo only works within your organization’s data and respects your user permissions — it can’t surface records you wouldn’t otherwise be able to see.
