What Filo can do

Filo understands your Fiddle data, so it can do more than answer questions — it can find records and help you complete real work.

What Filo handles

Answering and finding

Ask about stock, orders, suppliers, customers, items, or production and Filo pulls the answer straight from your live data. It can filter, sort, and combine conditions — for example, “overdue sales orders shipping this week.”

Helping with tasks

Filo can tee up actions like drafting a purchase order or pointing you to the right screen. You stay in control: review what it prepares before you confirm anything.

Filo respects your user permissions. It can’t surface or change records you wouldn’t be able to access yourself.

What Filo doesn’t do

It won’t make changes silently or act outside your data. For anything it can’t resolve, use the Still need help? box at the bottom of any Help Center page.
