Open and use Filo

Filo is Fiddle’s built-in AI assistant. You open it as a side panel and chat with it in plain language while you work.

Open the panel

1. Click the Filo button in the app to open the assistant panel.
2. Type your question or request in the message box and press Enter.
3. Read Filo’s reply — it may include records, links, or a short explanation.

The panel sits beside your current screen, so you can keep working and ask questions as you go. Drag its edge to resize it, and close it any time without losing your conversation.

Have a conversation

Filo remembers the thread, so you can follow up without repeating yourself.

• Ask a question: “Which items are below their reorder point?”
• Refine it: “Just the ones from Acme Supply.”
• Act on it: “Draft a purchase order for those.”

Press Enter to send and Shift + Enter to add a new line in a longer prompt.

Start a fresh topic

When you switch subjects, start a new conversation so earlier context doesn’t muddle the answer. Each thread is kept so you can scroll back to what you asked before.

Filo only works within your organization’s data and respects your user permissions.
