Price lists
Create reusable price lists to give specific customers or channels their own rates.
Updated June 21, 20261 min read
A price list is a named set of prices you can assign to customers or sales channels — ideal for wholesale rates, regional currencies, or special programs.
Create a price list
- Go to Settings → Pricing → Price Lists and click New price list.
- Give it a clear name (for example, “Wholesale USD” or “EU Retail”).
- Set the currency the list is priced in.
- Add products and enter the price for each on this list.
- Save.
You only need to add the items whose prices differ — anything not on the list falls back to the product’s default price.
Assign a price list
- Open a customer under Sales → Customers.
- In their profile, set their price list.
- Save. New quotes and sales orders for that customer now use those prices.
| Source | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Price list | Customer is assigned a list with that item |
| Quantity tier | No list price, but the line hits a volume break |
| Default price | Neither of the above applies |
Fiddle resolves the most specific price first: an assigned price list wins over quantity tiers, which win over the default sell price.
Next steps
Once a customer has a price list, see add and manage customers to keep their billing and contact details in order.
