Navigating Fiddle

Fiddle groups everything into a few main areas you reach from the left sidebar. Once you know the layout, you can get anywhere in a click or two.

The sidebar

The sidebar is organized around what you’re doing:

• Inventory — items, activity log, reserved stock, transfers, cycle counts.
• Customers — quotes, estimates, customers, sales orders, pricing.
• Suppliers — purchase orders, receiving, suppliers, quote requests.
• Production — work orders, the work order board, and batch records.

Global search

Press the search box at the top of the app to jump to any item, order, or customer by name or number. It searches across every module, so you don’t need to be on the right screen first.

Most list screens support filtering and saved views. Set up a view once (for example “Open POs awaiting receipt”) and pin it for one-click access later.

Switching apps

Some areas — reporting, settings, integrations, and boards — open as focused sub-applications. Use the app switcher to move between them; your place in each is remembered.

Filo, your AI assistant

The Filo panel is available throughout the app. Open it any time to ask questions about your data or get help with a task. Learn more in What is Filo?.
