Manage your subscription
Upgrade, downgrade, change seats, or switch billing cycle from billing settings.
You manage your plan, seats, and billing cycle yourself from billing settings — no need to contact support for routine changes.
Find your subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Review your current plan, seat count, and renewal date.
You need an admin role to view or change billing.
Change your plan
- In Settings → Billing, choose Change plan.
- Select the new tier and confirm.
- Upgrades usually take effect immediately; downgrades typically apply at the next renewal so you keep what you’ve paid for.
Adjust seats
When you invite more people than your current seats allow, Fiddle prompts you to add seats. You can also add or remove seats directly in billing settings.
Removing a seat usually requires deactivating the user who holds it first. Deactivate them under Settings → Users, then reduce your seat count.
Switch billing cycle
You can move between monthly and annual billing in Settings → Billing. Switching to annual typically lowers your per-month cost.
Changes are prorated, so upgrading mid-cycle only charges you for the remaining days.
