Invoices and payment methods

Your billing history and payment details live in one place so you can download invoices and keep your payment method current.

View and download invoices

1. Go to Settings → Billing.
2. Open the Invoices (or Billing history) section.
3. Each invoice shows the date, amount, and status. Click an invoice to view or download it as a PDF for your records or accounting team.

Add a billing email in your settings so invoices and receipts also go straight to whoever handles your accounts.

Update your payment method

1. In Settings → Billing, open Payment method.
2. Choose Update (or Add card) and enter your new details on the secure form.
3. Save — the new method is used for your next charge.

Always enter card details only in Fiddle’s secure billing form. Fiddle and its support team will never ask you to share full card numbers or passwords by email or chat.

Fix a failed payment

If a charge fails, Fiddle retries and may flag your account. Update the payment method as above to clear the issue and keep your subscription active.
