Cancel or reactivate your account

How to cancel your subscription, what happens to your data, and how to come back.

You can cancel your subscription when you no longer need Fiddle, and reactivate later if your plans change.

Before you cancel

  1. Export anything you’ll want to keep — reports, item lists, and order history.
  2. Settle any open invoices so your account closes cleanly.
  3. Note your renewal date; canceling usually keeps access until the period you’ve paid for ends.

Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Choose Cancel subscription (or Cancel plan).
  3. Confirm. Fiddle stops future charges and access ends at the close of your current billing period.

Canceling is account-wide and affects everyone in your organization. Make sure your team is ready before you confirm.

What happens to your data

After cancellation Result
Until period ends Full access continues
After period ends The account becomes inactive; data is retained for a limited window
Reactivation Restores access if done within the retention window

Reactivate

To come back, sign in and choose a plan from Settings → Billing, or contact support if your account is inactive. Reactivating within the retention window restores your data.

If cost is the issue, downgrade your plan instead of canceling — you keep your data and a smaller subscription.
