How much can I earn as an affiliate?
You earn 20% of every subscription payment (base plan and recurring add-ons) from each customer you refer, for their first 24 months. For example, a customer paying $500 a month earns you $100 a month, or $2,400 over two years.
How long does a referral last?
If someone clicks your link and requests a demo, contacts us or signs up within 90 days, the referral is yours. If they clicked more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click counts. They then have 180 days to become a paying customer.
Who counts as a new customer?
A business that hasn't had a Fiddle account or been in touch with us before. A former customer counts again once they've been gone for 12 months.
When and how do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 45 days after the customer pays, to cover refunds, then paid in our monthly payout. Cash goes out by bank transfer or PayPal once you have at least $50. If you're a Fiddle customer, you can take account credit on your Fiddle bill instead, with no minimum.
Is there a cost to join the program?
No. Joining is free. We review each application to make sure the program is a good fit for your audience.
Can I promote Fiddle internationally?
Yes. We welcome affiliates from any country, and commissions are paid in USD regardless of your location.
